Default Oil change questions.

Im going to change my friend's oil tomorrow. I had some questions,

1. What is the recommended weight (summer time) and capacity?

2. Are the new civics jack friendly like for example the 90s hondas? I just wanna be sure I dont damage anything because I know some cars are touchy when it comes to jacking them up.

3. Is there supposed to be a crush washer for the oil drain bolt?

Thanks
