Shitty video but I got a weird grinding noise going on while shifting sometimes. Anyone care to identify the possible cause?

Listen carefully, you should hear it. It's much more loud/noticeable in person.

 

clutch buzz is noticable on decel, I don't think that's your issue. Change our fluids in the tranny, check for CMC leaks.

OP, honestly i can't hear anything abnormal in the video. I am at work though and can't crank it too loud.

 

CMC leaks? No oil on the floor so I'm positive that it cant be a leak. I'll check though. And it's possible that the tranny oil can be old, but I just got the car six weeks ago. For tranny oil, Honda MTF will suffice for track duty, right? Or will I need something with more viscosity?
