Default Ignition Problems Interfering w/ Audio

I've been having some problems with my aftermarket audio system. The speakers crackle when it is cold or wet outside, and music is playing. Someone suggested that bad ignition wires act up in cold or wet weather, and could cause problems. My question for the tech forum is, how do I tell if I have bad ignition wires? I just got a tuneup done about 2000 miles ago at a Honda/Acura specialty (non-tuning; quasi-dealership) shop.

For more info on my problem, check out:

Thx,
Ben
