91 civic hatch need some answers asap
i got a 91 civic hatch for 400 the engine runs really good just has some damage to the front end, the left front tire is pushed back a couple inches it doesnt rub, it pulls a little bit to the left but not to bad, the front bumper cover is missing, is it okay to drive to work? i have no other transportation.
chances are, the lower control arm is bent.
also possible the radius rod is messed up, but that usually pushes the wheel forward.
check the front cross to make sure it's not bent.
in rare cases, the upper control arm will be all kinds of screwed and it'll caster the hell out of the wheel and push it back.
safe to drive? that's between you and the cop that thinks otherwise.

Thats what i was thinking after looking around online, alot of people say lower control arm. And im not to worried about the cops, more of my safety, i just csant afford to get it fixed right now, well actuslly just dont know the costs, i just wanna be able to drive it for a month or so to save some money up. Just wondering if it would mess my car up worse? or would a alignment maybe help? im missing my front bumper cover after the wreck and the actual metal bumper thats under neath is bent back, its really only the frobnt drivers side that has most the damage though. Thanks for any help guys i really appreciate it!
I wouldn't drive it with a bent control arm, that will cause more damage not to mention if you get an unsafe vehicle ticket those are expensive and they can tow it as well. Better off waiting till you have the money to fix it.
