Default Installing springs?

I just got my Tein S Tech springs for my rsx type-s. I was wondering if it is hard to install by myself. I don't know what I would be doing unless I found a tutorial online somewhere. Should I do it myself or pay a shop to do it?

Suspension is easy work, there's probably tutorials on youtube. Make sure you're careful with the spring compressor.

If you look on the Tein site there is a DIY.

If you get a haynes repair manual, it tells you exactly how to do it and includes some helpful pics

Don't do it if you don't have a spring compressor. I know there are some backdoor ways of doing it, but it's just dangerous...
