So i've had this problem before and my friend's dad fixed it. but i dont have time or gas money to drive all the way to his shop. I know it's an easy fix because he did it in like two minutes but he didn't tell me what he did...

basically when i lift the e brake up it wont make the clicking noise, and it falls back down. the e brake still works but only when i hold it up. just happened this morning. i think it has to do with the teething that makes it click.. any suggestions?
