Default Alarm help please!!

i have a Prestige aps-25kb and i install a window Module to make the window automatically roll up... but it doesnt work... all the wiring are correct but i was wondering if ne one knows how PROGRAM the remote for the AUX channel to work...

The aux channel is an extra wire coming out of the alarm module....most alarms have 2-4 channels and u just gotta run one of those channels to the actual relay and then use the keypad w/ that channel however it says to rather its holding down button 1 for 2 seconds or button 2 and 3 together whatever the guide calls for it

the manual says to push the little green button for 3 sec... BUT it says this can only be done during the time of the installation... is there any other way to activate the 2nd channel??

coming out of the alarm computer is a bunch of wires and some of those wires should be channeled wires that run differant channels of the alarm which is whatr u need to hook that up to

yea, i did that already, i hooked it up to the AUX wire which is suppose to work no the 2nd channel.. then it said to program the aux channel by pressing and holding down the button for 3 seconds...still NOTHING....

well then check your wiring cause they channel button should run it....i don't know what else to say unless the alarm is faulty

ok i got the module to work.. but i have another dilemma.. when i press the AUX button the window rolls up a bit.. then stops.. then 5 seconds later it rolls up then stops... doing this like 5 times b4 it rolls completely up... whats the dealy with that??? ne suggestions???
