Default Help! hit deer and car no longer runs

Hey everyone trying to diagnose the car, I hit a deer this morning on the way to work it jumped into my driver side fender and it smashed the headlight in and no the car no longer runs, is there any sensor that cause the car to shut off, is there any sort of ground in and or around that area, and the timing belt seems to be fine (equal tension on both sides and both sides are tight)

MM&Y of car would help?

How bad was the damage, was it just the head light or is there more damage, [fender, hood, rad support, rad/condensor]?

Do the lights work on the pass. side of car?

Can you hear the fuel pump priming when you turn ign. switch to run, [not start].

Turn ign. switch to run, there will be 2 "clicks" from the PGM-FI Main Relay under the dash, on drivers side [may sound like 1 click as they are very close together] at the same time the CEL will turn on and you should hear the fuel pump running, [priming] for a few sec. then there will be a third "click" from PGM-FI Main Relay the pump will stop priming and the CEL will go out, is all that happening? 94

as i turn the key to second click the CEL comes on as what sounds like the fuel pump turns on and they run directly together(equal duration). as soon as the fuel pump runs its course the light goes off at the same time and at the end there is a click....so i guess that sounds right

Info on the car:

1996 Integra Special Edition

b18b swap (obd1) out of a 1995 LS

The driver side headlight was taken completely out (owned!), radiator support was push back a few inches on the driver side, driver side fender was busted up, along with part of the driver side door. and driver side turn signal was owned as well

Test for power at the distributor assembly, [black/yellow] with ign. in both the run and start positions, do the same at the injector plugs, [wire that is the same color at all 4 injector plugs].

Check to see if injectors are pulsing.

Have you checked all your fuses/
Do not just eyeball them, test them with a test light or multimeter, a fuse may not be "blown", a hard impact, [hitting Bambi] can break the fuse filament off a fuse "leg", this fuse can look good, even test good with a meter, but will "open" under load, that's why a 12V test light works so well when testing fuses. 94

my guess is it shook the fuse box or even blew a fuse! check the ecu fuse in the black box on the left of the engine bay by the battery. Im gonna say i think your fuse box is right near the driver side by the left foot area or clutch pedal like in my 98 integra and a fuse got loose or burnt.
