Default Good aftermarket taillight company?

I've been burned in the past by buying aftermarket taillights that replicate 99-00 Si look for my 98 Civic EX 2dr Coupe because they use cheap plastic and don't fit properly, therefore I bought OEM 99-00 Si instead. Ever since then I always despised aftermarket lights.

I've been using these OEM lights for 6 years now and I love them, however as the years go by I've been seeing a new aftermarket style on 96-00 civics on the street that mimic the 99-00 Si lights which 'modernizes' them.

These...

I like them because they essentially are the same thing as what I have and are transparent. I really dislike alteza lights and the sort. I don't put these in the same class as alteza.

My biggest concern is how they fit the car considering they are aftermarket? They obviously aren't OEM, but for this price would they fit like OEM at least?

Thanks

why not just stick with what worked for 6 years?

those look tacky and they're about $50-75 more than a set of OEM lights. don't bother...

I bought the replica taillight's and they fit terribly, and if you look carefully you can see the differences between OEM and mine.

Why not just stick with what you have now? I don't see the point in buying new taillights, that are basically the same as what you have now, except yours look better.

I can't seem to find the version of the tail lights I'm looking for made by Depo. I'm guessing they don't make it in that style? I would hate to go through a whole trial and error process just to buy/test some of these just to see which fits like OEM.

To SeanK325 & 98civdx..
To each his own. I like transparency and apparently it's liked by alot of consumers which is why this style has carried over to newer Hondas and alot of other modern vehicles.

These lights are no different than what I have except they are transparent. They aren't showing you some odd circle or square within housing unlike Alteza style which clearly looks gaudy.

I had some OEM style tail lights on the car when I first bought it. The fit was way off so I decided to get these from eBay. I had to modify the mounting holes a tad but they fit much better. The noticable difference is the darker outline surrounding the lights.
