Icon2 b16a del sol cranks but wont turn over. HELP!!!

so ive got a 94 del sol with a obd1 b16a. so basically my problems is my car wont start sometimes, especially when its cold or its been sitting a while but i went to start it today at around 1 with temp. above 45' and it started right up. when it doesnt start i can push start it and it runs fine. i have replaced the dizzy, ignition module and the ets. i need to get this car going so any ideas help. thanks!

EDIT: The CEL isnt usually on but i did the jumper plug thing so i could check for codes and i got a #6 which is water temp sensor and a #8 which is top dead center sensor
