alright guys so heres the deal, I looked at this clean JDM civic for sale, Sir hatchback eg6, with original b16a2 with 155,000 kms.

When we got there to check it out, he informed us that the rear main seal was leaking a bit..
other than that everything checked out decently besides minor cosmetic things.
Called around to local JDM shops to find out they can do the repair for 350.00

We agreed on 3300.00 for the civic, that comes with a CF hood, CF duckbill, Spoon style front lip, a set of Bronze Falken hanabis rims with good summer tread, steelies with good winter tires, Integra type R suspension and an alarm and starter.

I am going to get the car tomorrow but we agreed that i could take it to a mechanic to check it out fully with an inspection and a compression test before i actually purchase it.

Is there anything that i should get the mechanic to check while he is doing the inspection and compression test?
And do you guys think this is a decent deal, total of 3850.00 for everything fixed and a new windshield.
