Default need help deciding what axles/halfshaft i need.

have a 1996 Automatic integra, and have converted an LS motor and GSR transmission. What axles and halfshafts do i need??

Trust me guys ive searched everywhere and i just hear conflicting arguments.

1. i Have an Automatic halfshaft, would it work at all?

2. Im right now leaning on a all GSR axles and halfshaft. bu if i can save money on the half shaft that would b awesome

Help would be appreciated.

If i recall correctly the only difference in b series axles and halfshafts are: either abs or non-abs and 90-93 DA have a female ended halfshaft (so you cannot use the driver side axle if the axle is 94 and up) and 94-01 have the male-ended halfshaft.
Right now I have 94 ls axles and halfshaft on an ls motor and going into a gsr trans (5 speed) no problem.
So you do not have to buy anything. Try them and see if its not true.

Yeah, axles are the same as well as halfshafts its just DA versus DC thats why on H-T Marketplace you never hear whether the axles and halfshaft are from automatic or standard.
FYI same thing applies to civic axles (of course no halfshaft used)

I dont know how much power you plan on running or if you are just trying to get car moving. Advance Auto will warrenty the axles for 1 time maybe 2. New axles dont cost that much btw.

if the half shafts are the same part number you have nothing to worry about. inspect and install. I would say the half shaft is the strongest part of the driveline.
