Default exhaust manifold fabrication

Does anyone know how the pipes that mate up to the head are shaped to match the exhaust ports?

just use a hole saw on your manifold base and leave the pipes round, use 1 3/4" we've made like 4 manifolds like this and no problems at all. don't worry about the little oval

please dont just leave the runners round where they meet the head.

On my stuff, its really thick so its tough to bend but a 10 ton press is the best way. Just crush the metal into shape.

Also 1.75" is too big, use 1.5 or 1.375. 1.75 will lose power.
