99-00 em1/ctr lip mounting hardware

does anyone know or have a link to where you can buy the mounting hardware. im picking up a lip today and i dont want to use rusty bolts and such. thanks

Brand new from Honda, Majestic Honda to be specific I priced out to be about 68 dollars brand new.
