Default Swapped B18C1 in 90 DA - Trouble Starting in Warm Weather

Problem started about a month ago and since then I had the main relay, spark plugs, and distributor replaced but the problem still persists when it's real warm outside (not necessarily humid, but warm and sunny).

It cranks fine and doesn't make any weird noises either. When I say "having trouble" I mean it'll take over 10 attempts to get the car to start.

So have you checked to see if you have fuel, [fuel pressure] and spark when it is not starting?

Have you checked compression and both valve and ign. timing? 94
