The car: 95 Civic LX
The swap: d16y7, obd-1 alternator, i/m, t/b, p06 ecu, converted obd-2 dist

Checked over grounds and wiring, etc. Car will not crank, not even with a jump. Replaced starter with a known good one. Any ideas?

 

check you fuses..

 

should have mentioned i am competent. fuses, grounds, etc have been checked.

no. fuel pump primes, main relay clicks

 

is this the first time your attempting to start the swap?
tell us more, who did the swap, how is the wiring done?

 

first start. i did the work, not my first swap. wiring is stock b7
