Default Eagle Rods: H beam or I beam. Which are better?

what are the differences between these two types of rods, and which are the better ones in your opinion and why?

H beam.

It's Engineered to be stronger. Rods usually ben to the front/back, not side to side because of the way they are pressed by the pistons. Just like the reason Steel Girders for skyscrapers and railroad tracks are made of H beams.

Both are strong as fark, but the H beams have a little more engineering working for them.
