Default 01' H22a4 dizzy/external coil...how to wire??

i am swapping a 2001 H22a4 with external coil in my 93 cx..i'm using a 92-95 Civic Dx harness...and i need to know how to wire up the dizzy and external coil...or is there a USDM dizzy(w/internal coil) that i can buy that will just plug into the Dx harness and work with the H22...someone help!

Yes... use your Civic distributor, strip out the internals and throw them into the Prelude distributor housing. 92-95 Civic distributors have the same internals as a JDM OBD-1 92-95 Prelude distributor (same ignitor, same coil).

If you split open the Prelude harness it will be pretty obvious what need to be changed to use the external coil. The wires that connect to the external coil can easily be transplanted to the Civic's wiring harness so that you can use the external coil.

or.... u could use the prelude dist and ext. coil on the motor.. and take the wires coming off of it and run it straight to the ecu in the proper places.. thats what i did.. works great.
