Default 99 stolen coupe needs new bumpers, help!!!

Hey everyone my 99 ls-vtec swapped ex coupe recently got stolen but was recovered with minimal dammage but they took the front and rear bumpers and jacked the steering column up pretty bad, well they took the wheels/tires, cf hood, si wing and intake, but my main concern is this, assuming all hardware and brackets are missing for the bumpers does anyone have any idea what this is gonna cost me to fix??? and what is a new ignition and steering colomn gonna run me, im just lookin for round about figures cuz im trying to determine if I should sell it or just fix it... Thanks for the help everyone... also if anyone wants to plug a reputable source for this stuff by all means please post the link...

hmmmm....in my area brand new oem bumpers are $60. Get the paint and paint them urself. Not much involved in mounting bumpers besides some bolts and plastic clips which are dirt cheap even from honda. Find the steering column and ignition from the junk yard.
