37 on flats, but like i stated on the OP you just need to clean the carbs for it to run like the original factory settings.
FYI- My friends Ruck, brand new goes up to 42 on flats.

 

Do u have the stock parts? I have cash in hand and a trailer.

 

I still have the seat frame, OEM seat cover, handle bar and stock turn signals but not stock tail light. My friend F-ed it up cuz he went down after I let him borrowed it. And title in hand too.
