greddy sp2 axle back from an eg?

greddy sp2 axle back from an eg?
will that be able to bolt right on to the stock b pipe?
or would i have to get it cut and weld?
the axle back was given to me for free, so i'm interested on putting it on my '94 integra ls.
please help. thanks.
