The SE is a base model with SH rims, body coloured sides, leather and other stuff...

The Type SH is a different car becuase of the ATTS system, the SE does not have it. SH is a better handling car because of ATTS, it is an amazing track car. The Base/SE will accelerate somewhat faster becuase it has a weight advantage and less drivetrain loss becuase it is the regular tranny without ATTS.

We covered this in the Toronto Prelude Club FAQ here: http://www.hondaprelude.to/forums/sh...=&threadid=474

Definately better, ATTS does not respond well to too much power at the wheels
