Default Tuning noob, need advice

Hey all,

I have a 94 Civ with a Gen 1 JDM B16a with the following mods:

AEM long ram intake
OBX intake mani
Skunk2 cams
MSD ignition
DC header
Test Pipe
Apexi WS2 exhaust
Virgin USDM P72

I am considering throwing some money at tuning. I know this is a really vague, questions, but what kind of power gains might I expect to see, based on my mods? I just don't want to spend $4-500 on something barely noticeable.. Any thoughts??

Considering you are running a stock usdm p72 which is really mapped for a different engine/cam/intake manifold setup you would see some worth while gains by chipping the p72 plus having it dyno tuned or just running the basemap (make sure you get a basemap from a reputable source).

Cool, thats kinda what I was thinking.. I know this car is running rich.

Where are some good places to get a basemap chip from? And in that case, I would send them my ecu, along with a mods list, and then just plug the chipped ecu back in when I get it back?

What kind of prices would I be looking at for a basemap?

Why are you running MSD ignition? You wouldn't need that with your mods. The stock Honda ignition is good for up to 500hp.
