Default Weird LSD ITR transmission issue???

So I just picked up this ITR not too long ago and the transmission only has 45k on it along with the car. I searched for this problem and there is nothing in the ball park. This is the following problems below it has.

- When the car is off it will go into any gear no problem with the clutch pushed in.

- When I start the car and have the clutch pushed in it will not go into gear until the car warms up a little bit.

- Then if I leave the car in a gear all night then I start the car up it does not want to go in neutral, as if it is stuck into that gear or something. I have to keep my foot on the clutch til it warms up a little.

I have no idea what the hell makes it happen but once the car is warmed up, I never have a issue until the following day when the engine is cold. Also the car is not daily driven due to the weather. What are your thoughts?

Thank you,

sounds like the clutch is dragging/not fully disengaging.
