i bought a car with zc vtec sohc swap..
nd my axels are going out.

idk if its the zc transmission or not. the number on it is
S20 -1233246

would i get the axels off a d16z6? since its similiar or to that motor? or the crx si? or.....?????

oh i have an eg hatch by the way..

Any '92 - '00 D-series axles will work fine, they're all the same.

 

so i can go pick up axels off a 92 civic si?

Yep, they'll work fine, Absolutely the only difference at all in '92 - '00 D-series axles is ABS vs non-ABS, even then you can use ABS axles on anything, if you use them on non-ABS car the ABS wont work. Automatic and 5 speed axles are also the same.
