QUICK HELP!! 98+ headlights and bumper
I might have scored a headlight and bumper combo for CHEAP ($60 each). Going to go look at them, what should I look for? Anything in particular?
I asked if anything was wrong with them, he said no. The headlights are stock and the bumper is OEM look but aftermarket brand.

Aftermarket brand on the bumper almost always means it won't be perfect, BUT for 60 dollars.. thats pretty good. I would just check for your usual defects. Cracks or chips. Mine is aftermarket and it doesn't align perfectly, but I also think its missing some clips. So that doesn't help.
Check for any kind of moisture in the lights. If they have a leak and are stock then they probably aren't worth it for 60 unless you absolutely need new lights. You can buy nice aftermarket ones for around 200. Triple+ the price, but they will look far nicer and no leaks. Only my opinion of course. But, just saying.

But aftermarket headlights = Halo right? And I don't want to rice out my car. Moisture will be impossible to find since the lights have probably been inside. He sent me a picture of them and they don't look to have too much yellowing on them.
I have found some lights without halos. But I understand what you mean.
Even if the lights have been outside, the moisture from a leak escapes far slower than it enters. meaning, even inside they won't be COMPLETELY dry until a long time has passed. So if they look good I say good to go.

The older lights look more like two circles, but the newer ones starting from 97 I believe look almost like a tear drop on the out side light. If that makes sense. Its less round and almost slightly tapered.
