I'm possibly trading my gsr clone integra for a real 99 si. problemn is the guy said it has a theft title and what not, so i checked it out and everything seemed to be there and not missing. till i checked the engine. b16a, so of course its a sir2 and its a jdm tranny i can tell cause of the no vin. but its code is SC4 not s4c but SC4. which after some searching i think is a b16b or b16a third gen lsd transmission. But i can't find a solid answer anywhere just people thinking that's what it is, please help before i make this trade i wanna know

well thats what it is lol im just trying to figure out if it has lsd based of the tranny code, its not mine so i can rip on it or lift it and check

 

I'd keep the clone over the SI, perhaps thats a preference thing though.

 

take the pass side axel out, look in the hole, thats how u tell if LSD or not

 

Did you clone GS-R have a LSD transmission? If not then I wouldn't worry about it until you trade then remove the axle like stated.

 

lol why would my gsr clone have lsd??? lol of course it doesnt, btu a jdm third gen b16a could and it would make the trade more worth ti to me. cause i really like it, but idc anymore ahhah i sold it for 6k today so whatever, found a ek hatch with clean and 107 miles for 4500 with sir bumpers,si cluster,gsr cloth seats and a few other nice upgrades. kinda worth it or a 164k clean title red ek 96 for 3200 which my buddy has and its very nice and well taken care of. hard choice
