So i got a ef that we swapped a ZC into, and converted to OBD-1, so we could get it bar'd. Running a PO6 ecu and it does not show any CEL, and it turns on but when we give it full throttle it bogs out and theres not throttle response. Any ideas because we checked all the wiring and its all legit, completely OBD-1, absolutely nothing wired wrong, multi-point intake, obd-1 injectors and dizzy, checked every single wire and still cannot find the problem. Any ideas at all please help.

 

Does the car rev alright when you don't put it to the floor?

Have you checked to make sure the timing isn't off?

 

the car revs fine otherwise and the timing is perfect we are completely stumped

 

Maybe your tps is bad. Check the middle wire (red/blu) voltage. Ignition on, it should show close to 0 volts at no throttle and almost 5 volts with full throttle. If it has some wild fluctuation during the travel, or shorts to ground at any point / full throttle, there is your problem. GRN/WHT is the ground wire.
