So The green clips that hold the weather molding (on the outside bottom of the window) are scratching the outside of the drivers window. The molding and clips were recently replaced but it was scratching before that. Anyone else had this issue? If so please help!

 

Make sure your window is tight on the motor and the motor is tight on the door?

 

Yeah I recently replaced the window motors and the accuators and so they are pretty tight and I double checked. The passenger side does not do it just the driver side. Any other thoughts, could placement of the green molding clips play a part. All opinions will be welcomed.
