Hey im getting sum problems with my 1999 civic ex. When i go into park or neutral the engine starts revin up and down from 1000 rpm to 2000 rpm and then goes back and starts again. If it is in drive or reverse this doesn't occur it idles normal. Can sum1 help me..... Wat is the problem?
