How are you determining that they're still "the same" after turning the ****? Shock dyno?

When i change the dampening and push down or rock the car it seems to be the same all the time

That isnt a good indication of if its working or not. Drive around and you should feel a difference.

What does pushing down or rocking the car have to do with how wet things are?

Shocks damp. You adjust the damping on adjustable shocks.

Vocabulary fails aside, for the best results have someone competent adjust the shocks to the car, and then never touch them again.

you would be able to see and feel the difference if you rock the car, and its the same when i change the dampening and drive it too

could it also be because its too low?
