I have had my brake kit for about two weeks now, but i have been slammed at work. Really hadnt had time to work on the car at all up until today. I ordered Wilwood 11 inch rotor and 4 piston caliper so i could fit 15 inch rims.

The caliper is sitting about a inch higher than what it should. I think they sent me a bracket for a 12 inch rotor instead of a 11 inch. I checked the caliper part number and it seemed to be right.

I am going to call wilwood tomorrow, but just wondering if anyone has any experience with this kit or ideas.

Here is a pic of the caliper on the bracket. I do see that there are two other holes on the bracket as if another caliper could be used. So its either the bracket, caliper or even both that could be wrong.

You can see about 1/2 inch of brake pad. No bueno lol

 

Nothing to be done until you contact Wilwood.

 

Does it not have a universal bracket where it can be adjusted for diff size rotors?

 

Hm. Brackets installed backwards maybe?

 

No universal bracket. Allready tried to flip it but its absolutely the same plus i had it exactly like the diagram showed it. Just going to have to wait until tomorrow morning thanks anyways guys
