yea i know. it was the only one i could find. i found a type r once that was a skill 1 snap tight bullshit and it looked so cheesy i didnt even bother. i have been building model cars since little so i like the challenge of the skill 3 kits.

it comes with 3 different options of body kits, wings, rims, and fast and furious type decals, but i am just gonna keep it stock.
i wish i had some little mugen or spoon parts, maybe some recaros.

i am going to try to figure out how to make the hood look carbon fiber.

 

i would suggest using one of those cf stickers, but i think the cf grain would look WAY too big for it to look even remotely realistic. so i guess you'd have to look for other options.

 

Give this a try. Test on a piece of wood or something. Paint it black, let the black paint dry, then put a cheese clother over the black paint, brush on silver paint on top of the cheese cloth...the tiny mesh of the cheese cloth might let enough silver to go onto the black to make it look like CF. I just thought of this off the top of my head, try and tell me how it works out.

 

I've had that same kit lying in my closet for more than a year and I still have not yet started on it.

 

I break those pieces everytime I try to rip them off!!!

I have 2 of those same Integra models that my gf bought, and I still haven't finished either one. The suspension parts is what slows me down.

I want that Taz Harvey(NN Racing) Integra R poster hanging up...
