so here's the deal...will be running b16a2 head with b16a block with ctr pistons.....with basic bolt ons...now my question is will running the higher compression throw off my air/fuel ratio running the oem b16A2 ecu? and dont tell me to get it tuned if im scarred obviously i know that...making it simple...will it throw it off or no when running it? thanks n lmk

Do you mean is it going to be able to be read properly? If so then yes its still going to be accurate.

so with the higher compression in a b16a than the b16a2 block the air fuel ratio will be richer or leaner with my b16a2 ecu???

Why would increasing compression ratio make the oxygen sensor read leaner?

It doesnt.... the raised compression=more air = the need for more fuel

x2

Short term fuel trim can only do so much before it sets a code....

Why does raising the compression ratio induct more air?
