91 civic ef problem..
would a bad ground cause an 91 ef not to start...
sometimes it starts and sometimes it dosent, when it does start it runs perfectly fine..distributor was changed... please help@@!!

By not starting do you mean it turns over but doesn't fire, or just a clicking, or nothing at all? Is the ignition real loose or hard to turn? Are you getting fire and fuel?
Things that COULD be wrong:
1. Low battery
2. Bad ignition switch(s)
3. Bad wire/connector
4. Bad ground
