Default since people on honda-tech dont help people anymore

Put a b16(obd1) that was in 96 hatch into my 93 and its not getting any fire. Well I've tried 5 different wiring harnesses still nothing. Ok did all trouble shooting for under hood. Got pissed off so I pulled it and put it back in 96 just to see and it cranks on first turn. So I need some feed back cause this is my daily driver. Plus none of any instruments light up ( dash, a/c, etc) ?

96 civic is normally OBD2. I'm no expert but check FAQ for OBD1 to OBD2 comparisons.
Also have you swapped the Main relay?

When basic things like the instrument cluster don't work you usually start by looking at fuses.

don't say HT doesn't help.

What's with the audacious and negative title? Not a good way to get help.

It's a bait title. Risky. Might be enough to get your thread locked.
