WTB: NHBP Front 99-00 bumper and/or New headlights
I'm looking To pick up a nhbp civic bumper without fog holes cut I'm getting tired of foglights and good condition headlights or just the lenses if possible, both need to be 99-00 for a civic, willing to meet up anywhere and I have cash 856 693 6779 let me know
