door wont open

so my gfs left rear door wont open its like the lock an handle wont open the door an i have tryed every thing to get the lock to un-lock but it wont work can any one help me out with this

Have you gotten into the door? Like taken the door panel off? Or are you just messing with the handles? Sounds like her lock seized.

yea remove the panel and mess with the latch from the inside

i do have panel off all wire are hooked up tryed to lock un-lock in side an out side handles

my ? is how can i get the lock off with the screws on the inner door jam with the door closed?
