Sounds like a fuel problem, also verify that the timing belt is not off a tooth.

I checked the theeth on timing gear everything is in place and aligned. How do I go about checking fuel if I already replace the injectors and pump.

Sounds like the lockup solenoid. What you should do is remove the solenoid, use some deep creep or liquid wrench and spray it into the solenoid. Use a small drill bit and insert it into the solenoid hole and push it in, then spray some penetrating oil in, and work the bit inside and get the solenoid freed up. Then clean it up with some brake cleaner. Apply a thin layer of silicone around the perimeter of the solenoid (as the rubber filter and gasket are NLA) and bolt it back down. Check your fluid level and the colour of the fluid. It should be bright red. If not, drain it and refill with good quality Dextron III atf.
