My friend has a spare 88 crx si and I need the door panels.
They are in like mint conditon but he told me like 50 a piece.
I was like woah!!

So is that too much? i figured i would post something on here
to see if its too much

 

no amount of money can buy a door panel that isn't made anymore. a junkyard will likely charge you that for dented ones that don't match in color, and shipping from ebay, etc.. will run you $50/panel easy.

You might be able to get panels from certafit for around that price, but they won't quite fit like OEM.

 

im talking about the interior door panels.

 

ah. well, I don't think honda is making those anymore either, though they would be cheaper to ship.. it looks like your friend is just about on the money with what they are worth, as these are some posts from the past selling them. Tell the bastard to give you a 25% discount for putting up with his ****. .

i know of people that would pay three times that much so.

 

These are very hard to find in mint and many people would be will to pay a fair price for these

Just be careful the 88 door panels are different from the 89-91. The 89-91 have the seatbelts off the door, where the 88 didn't. I just bought an 88 last night, and was shocked to see the pocket in the door compared to my 89.

 

i know, it will help from people shutting the belt in the door and putting gashes in the door card.

 

Oh I hate that. I do it myself and cry when I do.
