power always on to A/C clutch

The A/C is always on even if the LED is not lit. I turn the car off, open the hood and disconnect the connector going to the A/C compressor clutch and I can hear it disengage. Thinks it's a bad relay?

Possibly a bad relay stuck open. Swap it with another one and see if the problem goes away. Easiest place to start.
