Which is the best CRX kit to buy

I understand this is strictly down to personal preference but none the less all help (replies) are much appreciated as it will give me a somewhat understanding of what other people will think when they see my rex at meets etc.

Why are you concerned about what other people think at meets?
If you like it then that's is what matters.

I like my wings west kit, looks like the mugen, but has the advantage of PU.

It's a Wings West R.S. kit. It was designed as a replica to the Mugen CRX Pro kit designed for the PFL 88-89 body. The original WW kit was a 6 piece urethane kit (not including the wing) but there are many fiberglass knockoffs (the original Mugen kit was fiberglass)

Thats exactly how my car looks, but i have a different wing and rims.

 

Mugen then Wings West.

Mugen very expensive and hard to come by, Wings West easier to get ahold of and cheaper, fitmint is good "better then most" , Mugen is excellent fitment

jdm front end w/j's lip.
or just grab the password front lip, which is a knockoff of the 1300$ one
imo, a CLEAN crx body looks best untouched. the jdm front compliments it nicely though
