TW/FS: CLEAN, STOCK '98 Hatch
Testing waters on selling my '98 Civic Hatchback, CX model. I am the third owner. The car is 100% rust free and all original paint. First 80k miles of the car's life were spent in Florida, and has had a FULL professional rustproofing, so that explains its amazing condition. Both inside and out, condition is 9/10 easy. Exterior just has a few small door dings, interior is basically flawless but I would never rate a used car 10/10.
Mechanically runs PERFECT, gets amazing gas mileage at ~34mpg combo. Engine bay is CLEAN, no leaks whatsoever or burning oil. I've never been able to go through full tank strictly on the highway, but I imagine that to be in the high 30's, almost 40. Has 106,xxx original miles, so ~8200/mi year! Automatic transmission, cold a/c, Brand new Sony CD player, Aftermarket cruise control that works awesome, legal tinted windows, heavy duty rubber floormats. Brand new headlights, with brand new Philips crystal vision bulbs (have oem headlights as well that will be included). Running Amsoil full synthetic oil. New air filter. Have all receipts from previous owner (who was a mechanic).

*Brake drums turned Nov. '09
*New Wagner brake shoes and Ceramic Wagner Disc pads Nov. '09
*Brand new hatch hydraulic lifts Jan. '10
*New distributor cap, rotor, and 4 NGK platinum plugs Dec. '10
*FULL rustproofing done, at Henderson Bros. that is still under warranty. Nov. '09
*New Sony CD Player Mar. '11
*New Headlights & bulbs Mar. '11
EXTREMELY reliable, great on insurance, and condition is amazing. Hard to find one in this good of shape anywhere! Nothing needs to be touched on this car, everything has been maintained. This car is just begging for a swap.
