Wierd Shiffing Transmission

2001 accord, 1st gear to 2nd gear shift is weird. feels as though the transmission is slipping. only does this from a start and only 1st to 2nd. fluid level check and is okay.

AT? '98-'02 ATs are known for failing second gear. It's been discussed, if the car has under 100K bring it to your nearest friendly Honda dealer and have them inspect it. They may warranty it.
