My guess is with that setup you'll see 150-160 hp at the wheels on a dynojet, but I'm no expert.

idk if ur gonna be able to push out 200 wheel hp with that setup, maybe a little more agressive cams will help. good luck!

be a long shot from 200. and your friends GSR will still walk on you all day. you basically just built a half done ITR.

it'll be quicker and a slightly more fun build but not gonna hold up to even a stock GSR.
much better ways to spend all that money.
toda header(or replica 1k is alot), 3in intake with vstack, any 3in exhaust, pick up some bc3+/s2 base cams or higher cams. oh yea headwork. still won't be anywhere near 200 but it'll go better then before.

That combo would net you maybe an extra 10hp, so you would be at about 170, a far cry from 200

Lets review your list.......

B16a block
81.5 rs machine pr3 pistons- basically a stock piston for the 160hp B16
Stock rods and polished crank- no hp gain
Itr oil and water pump- stock B16a and ITR use the same parts, no hp gain

B16a2 Head
Itr springs- once again, the same as B16, only a extra set of inners on the EX side, that's it
Supertech valves and retainers- maybe gain 2hp depending on what type they are
Itr cams with adj gears- without added compression, you might gain 3-4hp
Blox im, 68mm tb- 2-3hp gain
Itr headers 1-2hp gain
Rc 440cc inj.- on a stk engine, no hp gain

As far as building a B16A to really make 200hp...you would need.....

- ported and polished head
- very aggressive cams!
- high comp pistons 11.5+
- ported intake manifold
- quality header like SSR or Hytech
- chipped ecu
- some "serious" tunning/dyno time
