'95 Integra, A/C Thermostat needs replacement
On my '95 Integra GSR, we have determined that the A/C Thermostat is bad. However the part is discontinued and I am currently hoping a salavage yard responds to any of my requests.
Does anyone have any ideas on where I can get one?
Is this the same A/C Thermostat on the Civic?
Can I bypass or hotwire this switch so that I can run the A/C again???
Thanks in advance!

I've been troubleshooting my A/C and found the Honda service manuals for the 98-01 integras. Although I have a 97 so it's been a little tricky using the information. This might help you though.
It appears you can bypass the thermostat by grounding the center wire in the 3 pin plug. I'd make sure it's the correct one by testing for battery voltage from the other two wires. The one wire you want to ground, out of the three, will NOT have a voltage when the car is on. This is how they do an initial test of the thermostat in the service manual. With that wire grounded your a/c should function, although you might have to watch to make sure the A/C system doesn't get burnt out by doing this. I'd assume the thermostat was put in there for a reason.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Should work by jumping the blue/red and yellow/white, however this should only be done as a very temporary, [only in an emergency] because if evaporator freezes up, severe damage can result to the A/C system, head pressure can exceed 300-400PSI and over.
Check with your local auto parts stores.
Also it is the same part as the 96-98 Civic. 94
