Selling my 1996 Midori Civic Hatchback w/ 2000 Front End

Car is my Daily Driver. 28 MPG with mixed, moderate driving.

$4300 Firm how she sits.
-$350 bring your own wheels (no rota's)
-$200 bring your own suspension
-$125 No CTR Rear lip
-$100 no headlights

$2500 how the shell sits (-) Swap (Motor,trans,mounts,linkage,axles)
$2200 For the Shell, rolling on steelies. No other parts removed
$2000 For the non-rolling shell, (a.k.a (no suspension or rear disk swap)
Was asking $5900 obo. Im selling too cheap but I really have no use for this car right now.

-ROTA C8's (professionally powdercoated black with blue flake) with good falken Ziex tires
-Adjustable coilovers on all 4. Front are KYB Rear are Mystery Name brand JDM
-Rear Disk Swap from a Minty Texas DC2 Integra
Exterior:
-Genuine Honda Civic Si Sideskirts also paint matched (Not yet installed in pics)
-Genuine Honda CTR Rear Lip
-JUN Front Lip
-99/00 Taillights
-Sweet Yellow/Purple Prism headlights, BRAND NEW
Bad:
-Core support was replaced because long story short: I pulled my car into my garage one day and the calipers were siezed from sitting so long and there was NO bumper bar on at the time, therefore the hood got ruffled, the bumper was fine but the radiator support got bumped so I had everything replaced.
-OG Cluster is loooong gone, car came with an Si cluster that read 75k. Which i also sold :/...Car will come with an Ex cluster.
-I Painted the front end myself, is it perfect: No...But in my opinion looks good for what it is...
-She does have a couple dings, but the body is literally a 9.5/10 for this age.
Other:
-Full stock interior (Head to toe) can be included if desired, will discuss with serious buyers
-No radio
-Climate control is inoperable. The heat works you just cannot control where it circulates.
-35+ MPG All Day!!
-Car weighs in at 2100 Lbs. With 14" Steelies, No driver and Stock civic seats

Oh yeh that was from last season when the car had a GS-r swap. It ran a 15.05 with a stock GS-r swap that had shitty compression. Didn't realize the motor was trash until later on LoL.
