this post here is for my brother i will like to know if the h23 auto transmission can fit in the 99 accord thinking of selling him the tranny. i try to put it in my 96 accord the tranny mounts was off and the h23 auto tranny has more than 4 sensor so i had to use the h22 auto tranny

H23 is not that descriptive, what car was it removed from? If the transmission has more electrical sensors and lacks the throttle valve lever, then it may be able to use it in the later 98-02 cars. The transmission mount most likely didn't fit due to it being from a later year vehicle.

 

Those transmission come out of a 98-2002 accord wagon Sir CH9

If it came out of a 98-02 Accord then that's what it will fit.
