Default 96 Accord F22b1 swap f22b2 w/b1 head

OK have an 96 accord ex wagan auto trany, w/f22b1 engine. I had a 96 f22b2 on the ground, decided to rebuild the b2 and put it in the car. Rebuilt the f22b2 new bearings, gaskets, seals, bought poa f22b1 head off ebay used that.
Pulled f22b1 out of car replaced f22b2/w b1 head in car. Timing belt will not stay in place timing keeps jumping. I used an f22b1 timing belt. While covers are off can turn it by crank bolt 15 reveloutions, stays in check. Put it all together, try to start fires up and dies. Pull valve cover, mark on back of cam pulley off about 5 -6 teeth, right about tdc on crank locks up,(inteference). Any suggestions.
