Rim/Tire Size?Tucking?

Im about to order some rims that are 15x7 +35 offset, and tires 195/45r15. And i also am going to be lowering 3 inches. Are my tires gonna be tucking?

Likely, no you wont be tucking. Why are ordering 45's instead of the correct tire for your car?

and you can tuck tire with basically any tire specs if you wanted to...
